Analisis Pengaruh Kompetensi, Kompensasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Plaza Lifestyle Prima Jakarta

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (3) pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) pengaruh kompetensi, kompensasi, dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Plaza Lifestyle Prima Jakarta dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 79 orang dan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu non probability sampling dengan teknik Sensus Sampling. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan Microsoft excel dan software SPSS v.26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel (2,551 > 1,991) dan nilai sig. (0,013) < 0,05. Kompensasi secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel (2,058 > 1,991) dan nilai sig. (0,043) < 0,05. Begitu pun dengan Kepuasan Kerja yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel (5,350 > 1,991) dan nilai sig. (0,000) < 0,05. Sedangkan secara simultan, menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi, Kompensasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai F hitung = 57,408 > F tabel = 2,73 dan nilai Sig. = 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan besarnya pengaruh ketiga variabel tersebut terhadap kinerja karyawan yaitu sebesar 69,7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 30,3% yang dipengaruhi variabel lainnya.
