Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Lokasi terhadap Kepuasan Anggota Primer Koperasi Kartika Karya Etmaka Jakarta
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan anggota Primer Koperasi Kartika Karya Etmaka Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non-random sampling atau secara tidak acak dengan metode purposive sampling (secara sengaja), jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 50 responden yang merupakan anggota Primer Koperasi Kartika Karya Etmaka Jakarta. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan anggota baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama, begitu pula variabel lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan anggota baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama.
