Analisis Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Perencanaan dan Keuangan PT Tri Lestari Sejati Jakarta
Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di departemen Perencanaan dan Keuangan PT Tri Lestari Sejati Jakarta. Metode sensus/sampel jenuh digunakan untuk memilih 40 partisipan yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Alat bantu pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah Microsoft Excel dan SPSS v.26. Komunikasi interpersonal memiliki dampak yang baik dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sesuai dengan hasil studi dan percakapan. Hasil uji T yang memiliki nilai signifikan sebesar (0.001 0.05), serta nilai thitung > ttabel, yaitu 3.606 > 2.02439, mengkonfirmasi hal tersebut. Koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.796 juga menunjukkan tingkat keeratan hubungan yang tinggi. Temuan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja memiliki dampak yang baik dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Temuan uji T untuk thitung > ttabel memiliki nilai signifikan (0,001 0,05) dan (3,608 > 2,02439). Selain itu, nilai 0,787 untuk koefisien korelasi menunjukkan tingkat kemiripan yang tinggi. Menurut penelitian ini, kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh ruang kerja fisik dan motivasi karyawan. Hasil analisis uji F dengan menggunakan nilai sig dan Fhitung > Ftabel (47,297 > 3,252). (0.0000.5). Tingkat korelasi yang sangat tinggi ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,848.
