Analisis Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transaksional dan Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap Motivasi Kerja Perawat Rumah Sakit GRHA Permata Ibu Depok
Abstract
Di dalam Rumah Sakit Grha Permata Ibu Depok ini, pimpinan memberikan arahan kerja kepada masing-masing perawat untuk apa yang akan dikerjakan atau dapat dikatakan komitmen kerja dalam hal ini, seperti apa pembagian jam kerja dan bagaimana jika ada perawat yang bekerja melebihi jam kerja yang sesuai atau lembur. Ketika seorang perawat dapat melakukan tugas yang dituju dengan baik maka perawat tersebut mendapatkan sebuah reward, yang dimana reward ini berupa inisiatif kecil dari pimpinannya dan hal ini hanya sesekali saja. Adapun hal lain yang menyebabkan menurunnya motivasi kerja yaitu komunikasi interpersonal, seperti terjadinya mis komunikasi antar perawat dalam hal penyampaian tugas atau pekerjaan yang akan dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian berikut untuk melihat pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transaksional dan Komunikasi Interpersonal Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Perawat Rumah Sakit Grha Permata Ibu Depok. Dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 60 perawat melalui Metode Analisis yang dilakukan ialah analisis regresi linear berganda.
