Analisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai BAPAS Kelas I Jakarta Selatan
Abstract
Pengkajian ini berupaya menganalisa pengaruh dari kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil Bapas Kelas I Jakarta Selatan. Dengan menggunakan SPSS 28. Untuk mengkalkulasi uji regresi linier dalam proses data dari ketiga variabel dari kepemimpinan, motivasi dan kinerja, dalam studi bidang ilmu sumber daya manusia. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 50 responden yang menggunakan kuesioner skala likert sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Partisipan di seleksi dalam kemungkinan setara yang ditetapkan dengan metode pengumpulan sampel acak sederhana. Hasil dari studi ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berdampak positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja, sedangkan motivasi mempunyai dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Berdasarkan hasil SPSS juga menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja senilai 0.589 dalam level signifikansi.
