Analisis Pengaruh Motivasi Intrinsik dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan
(Studi Kasus pada Karyawan Kelompok Staf Medis Urologi RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo, Jakarta Pusat)
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Intrinsik Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan. Populasi di penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan Kelompok Staf Medis Urologi RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo, Jakarta Pusat yang berjumlah 45 orang. Motivasi Intrinsik berpengaruh serta signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan dengan koefisien korelasi Motivasi Intrinsik terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan sebesar 0,627. Berarti Motivasi Intrinsik mempunyai hubungan erat dan positif terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan dan besarnya pengaruh Motivasi Intrinsik terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan dilihat dengan nilai R square 39,3%. Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan. Dengan koefisien korelasi Budaya Organisasi terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan 0,596. Budaya Organisasi mempunyai hubungan sedang dan positif terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan, besarnya pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan dapat dilihat nilai R square 35,5%. Motivasi Intrinsik dan Budaya Organisasi secara bersamaan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan. Koefisien korelasi Motivasi Intrinsik dan Budaya Organisasi 0,683, Artinya Motivasi Intrinsik dan Budaya Organisasi memiliki hubungan yang erat terhadap Produktivitas karyawan dan besarnya Motivasi Intrinsik dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan dapat dilihat pada koefisien determinasi sebesar 46,6%.
